Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of foodservice or hospitality experience, including fresh food production.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in food service management, culinary arts, nutrition, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent execution of food quality, portioning, presentation, and service standards.
• Support team leadership and development, including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive financial performance by managing labor, controlling food costs, and ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to policies.
• Ensure compliance with all company, district, and regulatory requirements related to food safety, sanitation, labor, and workplace standards.
• Partner with the General Manager and district stakeholders to meet client expectations and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
