You will mentor staff, build strong client relationships, ensure food quality and operational standards, and actively engage in marketing promotions.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and the ability to coordinate across departments, driving efficiency and service excellence in a dynamic K-12 environment.

• Five+ years progressive management and leadership experience with cost containment in a large multi-unit organization.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall leadership for all departmental functions including managing, planning, directing, and evaluating departmental operations.
• Provides fiscal oversight of operations and prepares financial reports to the RVP; evaluates cost-control and investigates labor/material reductions.
• Directly supervises and maintains responsibility for their unit within the department; guides management and staff.
• Participates in developing short- and long-term departmental goals and objectives.
• Advises on administration of district-wide programs and initiatives involving the Company.
• Contributes to leading strategic plans and coordinated programs.
• Serves as liaison across departments to prevent cross purposes; coordinates activities.
• Monitors, evaluates, and reports on process development, compliance, and internal controls.
