Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking Floater Behavioral Aides to support K-12 students in Stockton. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instructional support, and apply ABA methods to help students reach learning goals, while collaborating with teachers and clinical staff.

This full-time role includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), paid leave, holidays, and tuition assistance. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region are required, with school

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver's license required with 30+ miles travel.
• Experience with students in school or treatment settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs for individual students.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crises using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor student safety and data on progress daily.
• Communicate with teachers and supervisors regarding progress.
