Qualifications

  • Advanced level of experience in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews desk reviews of school district project finances.
  • Reviews school districts' financial tracking of the OFCC construction project.
  • Communicates with district personnel about issues identified and explains how to correct errors.
  • Ensures compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • Oversees financial closeout of school district projects.
  • Provides training and assistance to school district treasurers on financial matters.
  • Provides financial direction on individual projects.
  • Meets with district personnel and others to explain programs and policies; develops guidelines & procedures.
  • Resolves issues on individual projects.
