Job summary

The Community Church & Virginia Academy is seeking an Extended Care Coordinator in Loudoun County to lead our before/after school program for K-12 students, creating a safe, engaging environment and building strong partnerships with families.

You will report to the Extended Care Director and oversee staff, scheduling, and program operations in alignment with our mission and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Education or Education Field of Study is required.
• Experience in Virginia Academy or similar programs and ability to lead other leaders.
• Fast-paced multitasking environment experience (hiring, procedure management, etc.).
• Experience in church-run school administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Extended Care program and staff to create a safe, engaging environment.
• Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and program materials for K-12 before/after school care.
• Communicate policies, train staff, and maintain safety/crisis procedures.
