Job summary

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment experiences for elementary, middle, and high school students. We are expanding our instructor network for current and upcoming independent contractor instructional assignments.

Opportunities vary by assignment, site, and subject, with compensation typically $50–$65 per instructional hour and rolling start dates.

Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent professional experience when appropriate for the assignment.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Dependable, organized, and professional work habits.
• Knowledge or experience relevant to enrichment subjects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for sessions using provided curriculum or instructor-developed activities.
• Create a positive, inclusive, supervised learning environment.
• Encourage participation and adapt instruction to different ages and abilities.
• Maintain classroom management and student supervision.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
