Job summary

ESS is seeking a recruiter to build a large pool of substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff for Savannah Chatham County Public School System. You will use proven methods to attract qualified candidates and extend offers to selected candidates.

Regular, in-person attendance is required. The role involves attending local career fairs, developing relationships with universities and professional organizations, and collaborating with the ESS team to fill positions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and hire qualified education professionals.
• Attend local community and university career fairs within the county.
• Provide accurate information to candidates about the company and available positions.
• Create and foster relationships with colleagues and professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
• Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
• Complete special projects as needed.
