Job summary

ESS Education in Ocala, FL is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source and place substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff for Marion County Public Schools. You will identify candidates, explain roles, and extend offers while representing ESS professionally in local universities and fairs.

The ideal candidate builds diverse pipelines, communicates clearly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and travels to local events.

Responsibilities

Identify, attract and hire qualified education professionals.
Attend local community and university career fairs within Marion County.
Provide information about ESS and available positions to candidates.
Create and foster relationships with professional organizations to attract diverse candidates.
Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
Collaborate with team members and complete special projects.
Maintain regular, in-person attendance.
