Jobsitemnasa is seeking a District Finance Director to oversee accounting, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting for the school district. You will direct the operations of Finance, Payroll, Food Service, and Buildings and Grounds, guiding annual budgets, cash flow, and capital planning to support district goals.

You will provide financial analysis to the Superintendent, School Board, and Finance Committee, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and district policies while

• Comprehensive knowledge of district financial operations, accounting, budgeting, payroll, auditing, purchasing, financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Minnesota UFARS, MARSS, and school funding formulas.
• Ability to supervise staff and communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight of accounting, payroll, benefits, purchasing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Direct operations of Finance, Payroll, Food Service, and Buildings and Grounds.
• Lead annual budget development, forecasting, cash flow, and capital planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and district policies.
• Support Superintendent, School Board, and Finance Committee with financial analysis and guidance.
• Evaluate financial systems and operations to promote fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
