Job summary

Spring Lake Park Schools is seeking an accomplished, collaborative finance leader to serve as Executive Director of Finance/Business Services. Based in the District Services Center, you will partner with the superintendent and board to sustain a strong financial foundation while advancing innovative learning across Blaine, Fridley and Spring Lake Park.

The role leads finance, budgeting, risk, procurement and district operations, shaping resources to support more than 6,000 students.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading school system finance and business operations.
• Experience collaborating with executive leaders and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• CPA and/or Minnesota administrative licensure preferred.
• Advanced degree in business or administration with related experience.
