We are looking for a Legendary Account Executive to spread the word in California!

About Legends of Learning

American children need educational heroes who can drive engagement and academic growth in the classroom. Legends of Learning is transforming K–8 classrooms into dynamic, effective learning environments by combining rigorous academic content with the power of game-based instruction.

Our product suite is not just engaging — it’s backed by independent third-party research showing significant gains in test scores. Our curriculum-aligned games cover a wide range of Math and Science topics, supporting district goals while making learning memorable and fun.

Already an important part of the math and science curriculum in hundreds of the largest districts across the U.S., we’re now growing our sales team to accelerate impact across even more districts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call on existing school districts to discuss new offerings in conjunction with renewals, marketing campaigns, and promotions
  • Prospect and develop new district relationships, leveraging your network to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Conduct high-quality discovery calls and deliver persuasive product demos that emphasize our academic efficacy and instructional alignment
  • Become an expert in our product suite, educator challenges in K–8, and key trends in Math and Science education
  • Build district-specific proposals and support strategic sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing and partner success
  • Attend key trade shows, conferences, and regional events to drive awareness and pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in Salesforce; manage pipeline and forecast with discipline
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Work closely with our award-winning Partner Success and Account Management teams to support implementations and renewals
  • Travel up to 25% for meetings with districts, conferences, and team gatherings

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in EdTech sales, preferably in supplemental curriculum or instructional technology
  • Demonstrated existing district-level relationships in TX and/or CA
  • 2+ years of K–8 classroom or administrator experience (preferred but not required)
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and prioritize opportunities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, especially in a consultative, value-based sales process
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Location

This is a remote position for candidates residing in California.

Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160K+ (Uncapped potential)
