Chartwells K12 is seeking a Dining Services Manager for our premiere K12 school district in Swampscott, MA. You will lead our team, drive service excellence, and shape the future of dining programs from strategic planning to daily operations.

The role emphasizes budget ownership, cost control, high-volume food production, client relationships, and staff development, with a yearly bonus as part of compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management/Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Five plus years of foodservice management experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends is preferred.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
