Job summary

Montabella Community Schools partners with Chartwells K12 to provide district-wide dining services led by a Director of Dining Services. You will oversee daily operations, manage a 9-person frontline team, ensure a positive dining experience for students and staff, and report to Chartwells leadership.

The role demands strong leadership, financial oversight, and collaboration with school leadership to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Degree in food service management, hospitality, nutrition or culinary preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of foodservice management experience.
• Dining experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Maintain excellent client relationships.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver nutritious, high-quality food.
• Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as liaison between Chartwells, client and community.
• Perform other duties to support dining operations.
