Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a School Data Coordinator/Instructional Coach for the VAVA partnership. The role focuses on analyzing assessment data to support student achievement and school improvement. You will maintain confidential data files, develop reports, and assist teachers and administrators in using data to drive instruction.

This home-based position requires VA residency (or border) and in-person attendance for PDs, testing, and events, with occasional travel to VA locations for meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field and two years of data analyst experience or equivalent.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and events in VA; reside in VA or on the border.
• Experience analyzing local, state, and national assessment data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze assessment data to inform student achievement and school improvement.
• Maintain historical student and school data files to monitor performance.
• Develop reports and assist training for teachers and administrators in data use.
• Ensure data validity and coordinate data for stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate with staff to target academic achievement gaps through data-driven instruction.
