Job summary

Allegiance Group currently seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with an emphasis on K-12 school construction.

In this employee-owned environment, you’ll direct daily field activities, coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. A strong hands-on background and leadership presence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience.
• Superintendent experience on commercial projects valued at $30M+.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, quality standards and jobsite safety.
• Excellent scheduling, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Procore, scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• A degree in Construction Management is preferred but not required – strong hands-on field experience counts.
• A project list (with contract values) and three references from owners and/or architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, planning, scheduling and coordination on commercial and K-12 projects
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors and construction activities, sequencing work to hold the schedule
• Check work and materials against the contract documents and the company’s quality standards
• Keep the project on schedule and on budget, flagging issues early and working with the team on practical solutions
• Maintain a safe, organized and productive jobsite
• Lead field meetings and document discussions, commitments and action items
• Act as the company’s primary field representative and point of contact with owners, architects, subcontractors and suppliers
