Job summary

Landmark Structural Builders, a leading DFW commercial contractor, seeks a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on K-12 projects ranging from $1M to $25M+, with potential larger campuses. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality, directing on-site teams, coordinating trades, and maintaining strict compliance on active/occupied campuses.

Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Construction Superintendent in commercial/K-12 projects.
• Experience coordinating work on active/occupied campuses.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence and control field operations.
• Lead daily safety huddles and foreman meetings.
• Coordinate all trades and subcontractors for schedules.
• Manage project schedule, lookahead, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with district standards and safety policies.
• Document progress and maintain inspection records.
