Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large-scale K-12 projects.
• Promote and enforce safety culture.
• Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop schedules, logistics plans, and construction sequencing.
• Coordinate procurement, manpower, and material deliveries.
• Participate in preconstruction planning and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with contract docs and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, costs, and field performance.
• Oversee project documentation, permits, and closeout activities.
• Lead construction on occupied campuses with minimal disruption.
• Build strong client relationships with owners and school reps.
• Lead meetings with project teams to ensure success.
• Mentor field leaders and support training initiatives.
