Job summary

Amergis Educational Staffing in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking Behavior Technicians to support students 1:1 or in small groups during the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves supervision of students from K-12 and helping manage behaviors while ensuring homework and classwork stay on track.

Starting immediately, the position runs Monday–Friday, with morning to early afternoon shifts from 7:30am to 4pm. Pay is up to $27 per hour and benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of ABA experience.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups during school hours.
• Assist with behavior management and address aggressive behaviors.
• Ensure students stay on track with homework and classwork.
