Job summary

Southern Oregon Education Service District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to collaborate with autism consultants, school psychologists, and teachers to support students in SOESD's programs. The BCBA will coach teams, conduct assessments, and develop IEP goals and behavior plans.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, delivering training, and participating in team meetings. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, outcomes tracking, and parental and district collaboration

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of successful behavioral analysis experience in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with teams to develop interventions, FBAs, and behavior support plans for students.
• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and interpret results for teams.
• Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions, monitor progress and data fidelity.
• Supervise RBT/RBAI and BCBA candidates; provide professional guidance and training.
• Teach ethical and effective behavior analytic practices based on research.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops on positive behavioral supports.
• Coordinate with families, teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement plans.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, privacy, and district/school policies.

Skills

Education
