Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC is seeking independent instructors to lead after-school cheerleading and/or dance programs for K–12 students in local schools. Ideal candidates have experience in cheerleading, dance, choreography, or related performing arts, and can create a fun, age-appropriate learning environment.

Formal teaching certification is not required; rolling start dates apply. Assignments are typically 1–4 instructional hours per week over 8–10 weeks, with pay starting at $50+ per completed

Qualifications

• Experience in cheerleading, dance, choreography, or related performing arts.
• At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with children or teens in instructional roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Reliability and enthusiasm for youth enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging cheerleading and/or dance sessions for K–12 students.
• Demonstrate techniques and choreography in an accessible manner.
• Encourage teamwork, creativity, and student participation.
• Maintain a positive, safe instructional environment.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
