Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC partners with schools to provide hands-on enrichment programs in cheerleading, dance, and performing arts for K–12 students. We seek enthusiastic individuals with experience in cheerleading, dance, choreography, or related arts who are interested in leading after-school programs at local schools.

Formal teaching certification is not required. We value practical experience, reliability, and the ability to create a positive learning environment for youth enrichment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cheerleading, dance, choreography, or a related field.
• At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with children or teenagers, preferably in an instructional, coaching, or mentoring capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, structured cheerleading and/or dance sessions for K–12 students.
• Demonstrate techniques, movements, and choreography in an accessible manner.
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, creativity, and student participation.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe instructional environment.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
• Follow applicable school safety procedures and program guidelines.
