Gloucester Public Schools System East Veterans Elementary School in Gloucester, MA seeks an Education Support Professional for the COACH K-1 program. The paraprofessional will support instruction, manage the classroom, and assist with student growth in social, emotional, and academic areas.

The role is full-time, with a salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options. 32.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or ParaPro test required.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience and/or education with children with special needs preferred.
• Cooperation with teachers, counselors, and admins is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Patience, empathy, flexibility, and a desire to support diverse learners.
• Professionalism and collaboration in the workplace are valued.

Responsibilities
