The Paraprofessional assists the classroom teacher in delivering curriculum, managing the classroom, and providing direct support to students, in the COACH K-1 program (“Creating Opportunities for All Children".). This role involves working with students individually and in small groups, assisting with instructional activities, reinforcing learned concepts, and helping to maintain a positive and organized learning environment. The paraprofessional supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.

Job Requirements

• Responsibilities:

  Status: 32.5 Hours Per Week
  Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with the Gloucester Public Schools ESP salary schedule range of $29,355.00 - $35,535.00.
