Description

Supports in the administration and governance of the ERP Transformation Quality Assurance Model (QAM) and its data repository.Ensures adherence to the QAM processes to maintain the accuracy of the information stored centrally.
Contributes to the areas of ERP Transformation program and project governance, reporting, analytics and overall program health.
Identifies opportunity for improvements or enhancements to existing model and related processes.
Creates and maintains adherence reporting to ensure that the ERP Transformation program execution is as effective as possible.
Expertise in data analytics, excel, and other dashboarding tools required.
Provides recommendations, comments, and proposals to management and team members to continually support overall process improvement.
Performs work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other organizations as necessary.

Required Function 2:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Chemistry or other quantitative field from an accredited university.
Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and data presentation.
Experience or education in risk management, quality assurance, audit, internal controls, statistics, process definition, and process improvement.Background in risk management, data analytics, data governance, report design, and telling a story with data. Demonstrated problem solver that is generally curious.Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, multi-tasking, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal, written and communication skills.

Must possess sound judgment, initiative and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with time constraints and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.Ability to effectively resolve conflicts.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with other team members, contractors, consultants, industry experts, and with all levels of personnel within Client.Ability to develop and maintain relationships to achieve Business objectives.
