Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager, Joint Ventures to oversee accounting for the organization’s JV portfolio. You will ensure timely financial reporting, manage month-end closes, and maintain strong internal controls across multiple entities within a growing healthcare framework.

Responsibilities include overseeing journal entries and reconciliations, partnering with operational leaders, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audits to ensure GAAP

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with month-end close processes and intercompany accounting.
• Ability to analyze variances and prepare clear, accurate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for joint venture entities.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for joint ventures.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements.
• Ensure accurate accounting for ownership interests, distributions, and contributions.
• Monitor intercompany and partner-related transactions and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Maintain schedules and documentation for JV accounting.
• Collaborate with leaders to reflect activity in financials.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for JV entities.
• Support audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Maintain strong internal controls around JV accounting.
• Identify improvements to processes and reporting.
• Assist with new JV activity and integration as needed.
