Job summary

Notre Dame Preparatory School in Towson, MD is seeking a Head Coach for the Junior Varsity Lacrosse team for the 2027 season. The role is part-time/seasonal, with practices 3:30–5:30pm and games on weekdays, coaching adolescent athletes in sport and life skills.

Qualifications

• High school coaching experience.
• Experience as a competitive athlete at the high school or college level.
• CPR certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with student athletes, coaching staff, athletics staff and parents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and run daily practice from 3:30pm - 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays per week.
• Attend team’s games, typically weekdays throughout the season.
• Work with a group of adolescent athletes in coaching assigned sport and life skills.
• Potential to assist with sports camps in off-season (school breaks, summer, etc.).
