Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience or a strong playing background in lacrosse is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of practices.
• Provide individual attention to players.
• Help manage team dynamics and culture.
• Communicate with the Head Coach about player progress.
