Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid/CPR training per Red Cross requirements.
• Concussion Management and OSAA training as required.
• Successful background check is required.
• TSPC license preferred.
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and implementation of athletic program policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and vision for the athletic program and supervise all teams under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with state, conference, league and school rules (OSAA/NFHS).
• Deliver coaching through motivational techniques to improve individual and group performance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA/FERPA and ethical educator practices.
