Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and open communication with parents, student-athletes, and the community.
• Teach fundamental skills and team concepts of football.
• Plan, organize, and execute off-season, summer, and pre-season training and preparation programs.
• Interact positively with student-athletes of different ages and abilities; promote character and integrity.
• Motivate, guide, and mentor student-athletes; oversee game-day operations.
• Participate in required coaching clinics and district trainings; assist with equipment maintenance.
