Responsibilities

• Attend pre-season Coach meeting.
• Collect physicals/clearance forms before participation.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director for eligibility.
• Enter scores on highschoolsports.net after each game.
• Notify Athletic Office about attendance issues.
• Contact Athletic Office for purchase order #.
• Enter Fund Raisers details in Google doc.
• Review Athletic facility report for accuracy.
• Review Athletic transportation report for accuracy.
• Complete officials’ ratings at MHSAA.
• Check weekly emails from the Athletic Director.
• Schedule facilities.
• Responsible for end of year banquet.
• Meet with Athletic Director for evaluation.
