Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-season Coach meeting.
• Collect physicals/clearance forms before allowing an athlete to participate.
• Coordinate meeting with Athletic Director for eligibility.
• Enter scores on highschoolsports.net after each game.
• Notify Athletic Office about attendance issues.
• Contact Athletic Office for purchase order before ordering items.
• Enter Fund Raiser(s) details in Google doc.
• Review Athletic facility report for accuracy.
• Review Athletic transportation report for accuracy.
• Complete officials’ ratings before end of season check out meeting.
• Check weekly email from the Athletic Director.
• Schedule facilities.
• Responsible for the end of the year banquet.
• Meet with Athletic Director to evaluate/review.
• Submit required documents to the Athletic Director.
• Other duties as assigned.
