Job summary

The Juvenile Redeploy Therapist role provides comprehensive, community-based mental health counseling and clinical support to justice-involved youth in Illinois’ Redeploy program. The incumbent will deliver evidence-based therapies to divert youth from the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice toward positive, community-centered rehabilitation.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field and licensure in Illinois (LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC)

The Juvenile Redeploy Therapist provides comprehensive, community- based mental health counseling and extensive clinical support to justice- involved youth who are at risk of incarceration. Operating within the framework of the Illinois Redeploy program, this role focuses on delivering evidence- based therapeutic treatments to successfully divert youth away from the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice and toward positive, community- centered rehabilitation.

• Education- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or closely related field
• Licensure- Professional State Licensure in Illinois (LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC) is highly preferred
