The Lake Charles Regional Office of the Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice seeks a Probation and Parole Supervisor – Juvenile to lead a dedicated team and supervise youth-focused caseloads in Lake Charles, LA. The role emphasizes effective supervision, rehabilitation, and reintegration within the juvenile justice system.

Qualifications

Three years of probation or parole experience plus one of the specified options.
Or two years plus a master’s degree in a related field.
Possession of a valid Louisiana driver’s license and no felony record.

Responsibilities

Supervises and evaluates probation and parole staff juveniles.
Coordinates service delivery and leads case staffings.
Facilitates communication, reporting, and planning.
Leads staff training and development initiatives.
Supports field operations and crisis response.
Represents the office with external agencies and media
