Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of related work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced duties and case coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to juveniles on probation to prevent recidivism.
• Interview parents, children, police, and other stakeholders to assess background factors.
• Prepare treatment plans and court reports based on assessments.
• Refer families to community resources for substance abuse, mental health, or related issues.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or Sociology, or a related field
