Responsibilities

• Provides case management services to juveniles on probation.
• Interviews families and others to determine background conditions affecting the child.
• Compiles social histories and prepares treatment plans.
• Makes disposition and treatment recommendations to the court.
• Prepares court reports and attends hearings.
• Refers to community services for related issues.
• Guides probationers and families toward goals.
• Maintains records and documentation.
