Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and eligible for CJ certifications within 6 months of hire, CPR/First Aid and Handle with Care.

Responsibilities

• Train, assign, schedule and review staff performance.
• Audit cases and supervise the unit for compliance.
• Supervise and monitor probationers through home/school visits.
• Develop probation plans and make court-recommendations.
• Coordinate case management with criminal justice and social service agencies.
• Appear in court, file reports and handle documentation.
• Prepare placement plans and assist referrals for clients.
