• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
• Six years of directly related HR experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and policy development preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee a broad range of HR programs for 500+ employees
• Direct recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Oversee compensation, performance management, and leave processes
• Coordinate HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws
• Lead development and delivery of training and staff development programs
• Provide guidance to department leadership on HR matters
