• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, engage and support youth in activities (school, meals, routines, recreation, visits).
• Mentor youth individually and in groups using behavior management strategies.
• Develop individualized and group treatment, programming and safety plans; support academic achievement.
• Drive transport vehicles and ensure youth safety in vehicles and court detention rooms.
