Job summary

The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice seeks a Juvenile Justice Detention Officer II to supervise and secure youth at the Okaloosa Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Crestview, FL. You will enforce policies, maintain safety, and ensure youths' rights are protected.

Responsibilities include medication distribution in the absence of medical staff, incident reporting, transport coordination, and training new staff while maintaining strict security standards and zero tolerance for contraband

Qualifications
