Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate work of staff or inmates in a program.
• Perform custodial security functions.
• Supervise DJJ juveniles and assist in interpersonal skill development.
• Supervise and evaluate Correctional Officers; manage time/attendance.
• Maintain shift logs and report incidents; assist with complaints.
• Provide support for routine maintenance; ensure juvenile safety; attend meetings/training.
• Assist in group counseling and assignments; transport juveniles to off-campus activities.
• Be able to exert physical effort for restraints and project work.
