• Must have two years of experience in corrections, law enforcement, criminal justice, social work dealing with rehabilitation of offenders or supervision of youth (ages 12–21).
• Substitutions: Associate degree substitutes six months of experience; bachelor’s substitutes one year; DJJ training academy substitutes for one year.
