Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy under the direction of the Mental Health Manager and develops treatment programs.
• Supervises and evaluates sex offender services and programs for residents.
• Assists staff in counseling duties and coordinates with Direct Care.
• Interacts with probation officers, family, attorneys; liaises on integrated services.
• Participates in staff meetings and upholds confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in direction of cross-disciplinary teams and conducts clinical consultations.
