VitalCore Health Strategies is hiring a Full-Time Qualified Behavioral Health Professional at the Otero County Detention Center in New Mexico. The role requires licensed clinicians (LMSW, LPC or equivalent) to administer mental health assessments and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

You will participate in discharge planning, treatment goal setting, and program planning while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a licensed behavioral health clinician credential (LMSW, LPC or equivalent).
• Ability to administer assessments, make clinical decisions and provide mental health treatment.

• Perform risk assessments of inmates and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist in discharge planning and treatment goal setting for the inmate population.
• Contribute to program planning and documentation across the unit.
• Prepare necessary records and reports for continuity of care.
