Centurion Health seeks a Clinical Supervisor (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) for the Idaho State Correctional Center in Kuna, Idaho. You will oversee behavioral health decisions, provide leadership, and coordinate clinical services for inmates in a correctional setting.

Requires a master’s degree in a related field, Idaho licensure, and clinical endorsement. Two years supervisory/mental health experience in corrections is preferred. Salary range is $93,000–$96,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active professional license to practice in Idaho.
• Clinical endorsement (required) and supervision endorsement (recommended).
• Maintain tuberculosis documentation and CPR/AED certification.
• Two years supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Two years behavioral/mental health experience in correctional/mental health settings required.

Responsibilities

• Ultimate responsibility for behavioral healthcare decisions at the Idaho State Correctional Center facility.
• Provide administrative guidance, consultation and mental health leadership to coordinate clinical needs.
• Oversee assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients in a correctional setting.
