Job summary

Randolph County's Juvenile Day Reporting Center is seeking a Case Manager to supervise participants and ensure adherence to court-ordered conditions. You will conduct curfew checks, school and home visits, and provide crisis intervention to youths and families.

The role also involves referring clients to appropriate programs, preparing court reports, and being available to testify in court as needed, while maintaining organized records and files.

Qualifications

• Associates/Technical degree with coursework in human services, criminology, substance abuse, criminal justice, or related field.
• Less than one year experience working with the public, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have valid North Carolina driver’s license and transportation for work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program participants to ensure compliance with court-ordered conditions and program requirements.
• Conduct curfew checks, school visits and home visits.
• Provide crisis intervention services for youth and families.
• Refer clients to programming to assist in areas of needs identified at intake.
• Write court reports and be available to testify in court proceedings as needed; maintain case records.
