Job summary

Clark County District Court is seeking a qualified Court Services Division Manager to lead the Court Services Division in support of the Court Administrator’s goals. The role focuses on budgeting, policy development, and staff leadership within a public-sector context.

The position supports a service-oriented approach, with emphasis on improving access to justice, workflow efficiency, and interagency coordination. Hybrid/remote work may be considered after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field with four or more years as a criminal justice manager/administrator.
• Experience with court and justice system environments and public sector budgeting.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage performance, and build cross-agency collaborations.
• Knowledge of laws, court rules, and procedures for WA courts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Court Services Division operations and staff.
• Assist the Court Administrator in strategic planning and budget oversight.
• Coordinate with judges, elected and appointed officials, and other partners.
• Develop and implement court policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and internal controls.
