Qualifications

• Answers routine incoming phone calls, emails, and questions from the public and court personnel.
• Receives and receipts monies in accordance with Minimum Accounting Standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year clerical/ legal clerical experience; valid Arizona Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and stamps incoming court documents; retrieves and delivers court documents and files.
• Maintains accurate and complete digital and physical files and prepares correspondence and court notifications.
• Records court proceedings, enters data for sentencing and financial assessments, and uses the AZPOINT interface.
