Dewberry Engineers Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager – Justice Architect to lead projects in Peoria, IL and other offices. You will manage client relationships, coordinate design teams, and drive business development while delivering high-quality justice architecture solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with offices and external partners to grow the practice and support critical facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public and private sector work.
• Licensed Architect with local code knowledge.
• Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborative approach to the practice.

Responsibilities

• Diversify and expand the office portfolio with leadership input.
• Manage client relationships and day-to-day project needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to produce design deliverables.
• Assist in business development and marketing activities, including RFPs and interviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for project management.
