1-800-GOT-JUNK? Southwind franchise is hiring a Full Time Field Service Leader to oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling while leading drivers and crew members.

Earn $22-$30 per hour including profit share, with a structured career path from Customer Experience Leader to Certified Sales Leader and beyond. You will drive exceptional service, manage operations, and collaborate with marketing to expand local reach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Logistics, KPI's, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet, and/or Management.
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (insurance requirement).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in trucks as needed.
• Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service and WOW customers with a positive attitude and outstanding service.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew on client sites for safe, efficient truck operations.
• Perform heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
• Manage daily operations and monitor performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent the brand and collaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and acquisition.
• Participate in daily role-play scenarios to support ongoing training and performance improvement.

Position

Full Time Field Service Leader

Pay

$22-$30 pr/hr (includes $18 hourly base and profit share)

As a Field Service Leader training in Operations, you will be trained at all levels to be fast tracked from Customer Experience Leader to Certified Sales Leader to Senior Sales Leade r to Operations. Where you will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling to ensure excellent service delivery, and manage our team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our high standards and achieving business goals.
