Job summary

The Junkluggers FranServe, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Junk Removal Specialist to be the friendly face of our service.

You will safely load and transport unwanted items, educate customers on our offerings, and partner with local donation and recycling partners to ensure eco-friendly disposal. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication, a safety-first mindset, and comfort with field technology.

Responsibilities

• Treat team members and customers with care and respect by delivering top-notch service.
• Educate customers on our services to demonstrate value.
• Safely load, transport, and unload customers’ unwanted items.
• Coordinate with donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items responsibly.
• Make on-route decisions to donate/recycle materials and complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and report issues.
• Support marketing efforts to win repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership to pursue continuous improvement.

Our Junk Removal Specialists are important front-line team members who are the company's face to our valued customers. If you enjoy meeting new people, genuinely care about customer service, commit to safety, and like variety at work, come help us save the world “The Green Way.”

Responsibilities:

• Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
• Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.
• Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.
• Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.
• Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (what can be donated and recycled and where, how to safely and efficiently complete a job).
• Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
• Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
• Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
